Lily Maiden

Stitched from Just Cross Stitch kit #40090 "Lily Maiden" by Theresa Wentzler. I switched the provided fabric for 28ct white Jobelean. Theresa's website has some info on this design, including a finished picture.

I made a few changes to the design, mainly:

  • Recharting the face, hands and feet to be stitched over one.
  • Altering the facial features and shading.
  • Backstitching the violet parts of the dress with 3042 (instead of 3041).
  • Backstitching the mauve parts of the dress with 316 (instead of 3726).
